Jamaal Cody Trio, Jazz/R&B Soul Meet American artist, drummer, Jamaal Cody. Born in Cleveland and raised in North Carolina, Cody moved to Los Angeles in 2013 to attend Musicians Institute College. That created the opportunities to share the stage on tour behind drums with acts such as (98 Degrees, Arin Ray, Kymani Marley, Bahari, Delacey and many more.) He has had notable performances with said artists on platforms such as VEVO, IHEART Radio, MTV Push, Bose, Revolt, Radio City Music Hall) and on many festival stages. (Outside Lands, Austin City Limits, SXSW) some serving as the Musical Director. This allowed him to reach 46 out of 50 states in America, including Germany and Canada. In that time he achieved a publishing deal with Rock Mafia in 2018, allowing him to travel more freely. In 2020, he has turned independent dreams into a reality , specializing in the genre lofi/jazz.
