About sets at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM - Jonny King is one of the best piano jazz players in the world. He started as a child, playing in bars in his hometown of Chicago. At the age of 12, he played with legendary trumpet player, Dizzy Gillespie and with his idol, Earl "Fatha" Hines. Jonny is always in demand at other top NYC jazz clubs, we are happy he keeps coming back to Jazz Genius. The great Alexander Claffy will be on bass and the wonderful Ofri Nehemya will be keeping the beat on the drums.
