Bailey Hinkley Grogan Bailey Hinkley Grogan is a Denver-based award winning jazz vocalist, composer, educator, and sound healer known for her emotionally rich performances that blend jazz, folk, soul, and pop influences. A professional performer since age seven, she holds a B.M. from Indiana University, an M.M. from Cal State Long Beach, and a D.M.A. in Studio Music & Jazz Voice from the University of Miami, where she was a Henry Mancini Institute Fellow where she worked under the direction of acclaimed composer, Maria Schneider. Her work explores the intersection of jazz and popular music, reimagining artists like Cher, Willie Nelson, and Pat Metheny through a jazz lens. With a bold and bebop-based improvisation style, she has captured audiences nationwide with her unique sound. She has shared the stage with Bobby McFerrin, Kurt Elling, and Janis Siegel, and her research highlights feminist and LGBTQIA+ narratives in jazz history. Grogan teaches jazz voice at the University of Northern Colorado, leads sound healing workshops, and released the albums Three Sides of a Story and Solstice, blending improvisation, storytelling, and sonic meditation. Her accolades include multiple DownBeat Student Music Awards and distinguished honors for creative achievement and vocal performance. Dr. Linda Theus-Lee Dr. Linda Theus-Lee, is an accomplished vocalist, educator, and band leader whose soulful artistry spans jazz, pop, R&B, blues, Original and inspirational music. Originally from Los Angeles and now based in Denver, Linda has performed nationally and internationally, sharing the stage with legendary artists including Lionel Hampton and his Orchestra, Chester Whitmore’s Black Ballet Jazz, and many notable ensembles throughout her distinguished career. Known for her warm stage presence and heartfelt interpretations, Linda is also the founder and featured vocalist of the acclaimed 17-Piece Big Band, LTL Sings and Swings. In addition to her musical career, she recently earned her Doctor of Education degree from the University of Colorado Denver School of Education and Human Development. Joining her for this special Dazzle Brunch performance is the wonderfully talented pianist, Elliot Clement. Together, they will take audiences on a musical journey through jazz standards, pop favorites, soulful R&B classics, and timeless selections sure to uplift and entertain.

Utilizing over a decade of touring and performing experience, Trujillo has developed a laid back and moody guitar style. An aesthetic that blends the latin, country, and jazz styles Trujillo has absorbed and perfected over two decades. Lyrical and delicate guitar lines effortlessly sway over the hypnotic pulse of congas and clave in his Bossa Jazz quartet.
