About Bob Dylan's vast catalog, reimagined through a female lens. She Sings Dylan performs music audiences already know in their bones, delivered in a way they've never heard before.Born from a 2014-2015 run as "Rolling Thunder Revival" — performing alongside long-time Dylan bassist and musical director Rob Stoner — the group found its true identity when the women took the wheel. Now entirely female-fronted, She Sings Dylan arranges Bob's songs their way, drawing additional inspiration from iconic interpreters like Nina Simone, Joan Baez, Linda Ronstadt, and Sheryl Crow.Lead vocalist Kate Hubbard and multi-instrumentalist Sophia Coppola (vocals, mandolin, melodica, clarinet) anchor the group, backed by a seasoned Northeast lineup: Jeff Martinson (guitar), Bill Carbone (drums), Sean Elkind (keys), and Marty Moroney (bass) — veterans of Max Creek, The Z3, 10ft Ganja Plant, Mystic Dead, and more. She Sings Dylan is a natural fit for festivals, fairs, and theatres — the rare act that surprises an audience with how much they already love the set.
