About Devin Daniels
Sam First Records identifies Daniels as an Inglewood-born alto saxophonist shaped by Los Angeles music programs and the city’s creative scene. Its artist profile separates his own quintet from appearances in ensembles led by other musicians.[1]
The label’s LesGo! page documents a live Los Angeles quintet recording, while Daniels’s Bandcamp preserves Grandiose and other releases under his name. Those sources map distinct leader projects with complete personnel and composition credits.[2][3]
LesGo!
Sam First Records presents the live album as a Daniels quintet project recorded at the Los Angeles club.[2]
Grandiose
The artist-run release documents original compositions and a separate ensemble.[3]
Inglewood roots
The label biography connects Daniels’s training and artistic development to Los Angeles County.[1]
