About
Having worked with some of music industry's giants, R&B artist Miriamm is a highly sought-after performer, spanning audiences the world over. She most recently toured as Peaches, one half of the classic R&B duo Peaches & Herb, appearing most notably in several installment pledge drives for PBS Broadcasting. Miriamm has also toured Europe with Tony Award winning director George Faison's production of "Sing Mahalia Sing." Miriamm recorded her first release entitled, "Miriamm…Live! @ Blues Alley" in an effort to promote breast cancer awareness. This solo CD, dubbed as her "passion project," is hailed by many as a remarkable tribute to her mother, Edith P. Wright, as well as to Minnie Riperton, both of whom succumbed to breast cancer while only in their 30s.
