Etibar Asadli Trio - Emerging Artist Mondays

About

Azerbaijani pianist and composer Etibar Asadli brings a distinctive musical voice shaped by the meeting of jazz, improvisation, and the rich traditions of Azerbaijani mugham. Based in Paris, Asadli has developed a deeply personal approach that connects his cultural roots with the language and freedom of contemporary jazz. For this performance, Asadli is joined by bassist Ranto Rakotomalala and drummer Martin Wangermée. Together, the Etibar Asadli Trio creates a dynamic and expressive sound, moving naturally between intricate rhythms, lyrical melodies, and spontaneous improvisation.
