About Andrew Marzotto
Andrew Marzotto began playing guitar at nine and discovered jazz during high school. After the Jazz FM Youth Big Band and studies at Berklee, he returned to Toronto’s music scene following his 2016 graduation. His work includes performances with Joanna Majoko, Dayna Stephens, Jesse Ryan, and Justin Nozuka, as well as teaching guitar.[1]
His 2024 album Introducing Andrew Marzotto brings together his guitar and compositions with Ewen Farncombe on piano, Jonathan Chapman on bass, and Austin Gembora on drums. The seven-track recording was made at Toronto’s Union Sound Company and is available from Marzotto’s own Bandcamp catalog.[2]
