What to expect
A night at Shinjuku Pit Inn
Choose Pit Inn for a serious basement listening-room program focused on modern and experimental Japanese jazz rather than a casual bar soundtrack. Check whether you are attending the daytime or evening program and follow the official reservation and arrival instructions for that set.
What guests praise
Positive reviewers repeatedly praise the musicians as highly skilled, adventurous, and committed. Guests who favor focused listening also value the intimate basement scale, strong live sound, and the room's emphasis on the performance itself.
