Oberlin Conservatory identifies Perdomo as a Venezuelan-born pianist who moved to New York in 1993, earned degrees at Manhattan School of Music and Queens College, and studied with Harold Danko, Sir Roland Hanna, Gerry Weil, Martha Pestalozzi, and Jaki Byard.[1]
