About John Webber

SmallsLIVE's musician archive documents Webber's New York work across his own trio and groups led by Mike LeDonne, Harold Mabern, George Coleman, Joe Farnsworth, and Spike Wilner. The venue's performance record aligns with the double-bass identity established by Criss Cross Jazz's detailed session personnel.[1][2]

Webber's recorded work is strongly represented in a substantial sideman catalog.
