About Anna Elizabeth Kendrick sings jazz standards for you this evening with the talented Freddy Banker on guitar at the luxurious (and formerly notorious) Flute bar and lounge. Back in the 1920's Flute was an actual speakeasy named Club InTime run by Texas Guinan and Owney Madden, who also owned the Cotton Club. One of my all-time favorite gals Mae West frequented the club as she dated Madden and she lived right above it in the Harding Hotel. Singers and musicians are welcome to sit in!
