Gwen Black Arts/Arts and Jazzfest NYC™ in association with the Holcombe Rucker Park Conservancy invite you to join us for a Jazz Concert and Fall Community event with special activities celebrating jazz music and art at the world famous Holcombe Rucker Park at 155th Street and Frederick Douglass Blvd. Join us for a day honoring jazz legends John Coltrane and Miles Davis Centennial Celebration highlighted by a special tribute to Harlem’s own Bill “Bojangles” Robinson with music by the Phil Young Experience (6 piece band). Activities for the kids include storytelling, puppetry, tap dancing, and more (in case of severe weather, the event will be relocated indoors. Location will be announced).
