Rather than simply providing a backdrop,Tarantino soundtracks often play a central role in developing the story and the mood of his films, and he has created numerous cultural icons and unforgettable film moments through his masterful use of song. Katankin is a 2025 AFMA Contemporary Folk Album of the Year finalist, a Music Victoria 2023 Best Folk Work finalist, with a Masters in jazz vocal performance.
