They will be presenting an evening of Brazilian Jazz, Soul and Bossa Nova including original songs from their new album ‘Amare’ ( Schema Records, Italy). Ella Blu, described as ‘a rising star of the new jazz generation’, is a multilingual artist, singing in Portuguese, English and Italian, and is deeply involved in composing, lyric writing and producing alongside her father. Her sound draws from classic jazz traditions infused with soul, Bossa nova, and Brazilian jazz. In 2020, Ella received the Focus Brazil Award for Best Female Singer in Orlando. Magrus Borges, is a Grammy-nominated drummer, percussionist, composer and producer from Belém, Brazil.
