Loop Doctors combines contemporary styles such as drum and bass, jungle, breakbeat and nu jazz with the improvisational freedom of jazz. Although electronic effects and samples play an important role, the duo’s distinctive sound is created primarily by transforming the natural colours of acoustic instruments. Their alloriginal repertoire is adventurous, wide-ranging and irresistibly groove-driven.
