Sean Gibbs brings his star-studded 17 piece big band together with renowned vocalist Frida Touray (known for her work with Lianne La Havas, Jordan Rakei and Jalen Ngonda). They will perform music from their acclaimed new EP Set Me Free , which was launched with a live session for BBC Radio 3's In Tune. The EP augments Sean's roots in the jazz tradition with a diverse range of influences from Motown through to blues and folk singer-songwriters. Sean's music has been featured as Jazz FM's album of the week, received a five star review in BBC Music Magazine and been nominated for Best Album at the Scottish Jazz Awards.
