TICKETS AVAILABLE HERE Tristano School Jazz Saxophonists and long-time friends Sarah Navratil and Sophia Kickhofel pay tribute to the great Lenny Tristano, Lee Konitz, and Warne Marsh with their ongoing tribute project called “Tristano School” that was fully established in 2022 after their sold out show at the 318 Cafe in Excelsior MN. This project has been featured on Jazz 88 radio, the Twin Cities Jazz Fest, and at their most recent performance at Jazz Central Studios they broke the current livestream record alongside a full house. Sarah and Sophia were both raised in Minnesota where they came up playing alongside each other. After having each finished their degrees, Sarah at the Eastman School of Music and Sophia at Juilliard, they are now both based in New York City and revive their Lennie Tristano, Warne Marsh, and Lee Konitz Tribute Project in Minnesota as much as possible.
