Chloe Emmanuelle is a third-generation vocalist from Kansas City, MO, whose velvet-toned, soul-rooted voice blends jazz tradition with raw, modern storytelling. Raised in a deep musical lineage, she began performing professionally as a child and quickly earned local and national recognition. A familiar presence on Kansas City’s most storied stages—from The Blue Room to the Kauffman Center—Chloe delivers intimate, soul-bearing performances that explore love, pain, and liberation. Now a featured vocalist with nationally touring band KC Flo, she continues to command stages nationwide with power, poetry, and undeniable presence.
