They are joined, in an intergenerational dialogue that offers a vivid portrait of jazz in our scene, by double bassist Horacio Fumero and drummer David Xirgu , two unquestionable references in Catalan jazz. Their sound, as they explain themselves, “ starts from a repertoire rooted in the most traditional jazz and reinvents it through a young, fresh, and energetic perspective ”.
