Michael Allen Harrison creates music that resonates with people. His classical and contemporary style has captivated audiences for nearly 30 years. Known for his piano performances and upbeat sound with his band, Michael has collaborated with vocalist Julianne Johnson and produced music for ballet, theater, and film. He is also an enthusiastic teacher and a generous community member. He was honored with a star on the Walk of Fame outside the Portland Performing Arts Center in Portland, Oregon. His music spans movie scores and arrangements for piano, orchestra, jazz, and pop. His CD “Emotional Connection” was played in space on the Space Shuttle Endeavor, and his album “Circle of Influence” flew on the Space Shuttle Discovery. In 1999, he performed at the United Nations in New York City, debuting “Remembrance,” a song for Israel’s 50th Anniversary, which appears on his CD “Seasons of Peace.” He also performed at the World Peace Conference in The Hague.
