The deservedly popular singer Lily Dior, discovered by our late Jackie Orszaczky, went on to become one of Australia’s finest jazz vocalists. Then she took a bold step and moved to London, where she quickly established herself among the leading performers in a much more competitive scene. Later, the outstanding arranger and pianist Dave Matthews took notice of her and invited her to sing with his group, the Manhattan Jazz Quintet.
