This special band is brought together to deliver a performance deriving from their shared love for and devotion to the BLUES. Enjoy an evening of danceable rhythms and dynamic improvisation, as they play music from B.B. King to Jimmy Smith and everything in between. Henry Ivie-Gardner is a 23 year old guitarist and songwriter currently residing in Portland, Oregon. He is proving a rising force in the PNW music scene, collaborating with musicians Nicole McCabe, Hailey Niswanger (MAE.SUN), Telemakus, Braxton Cook, Cam O’bi, Keith Brown, among others. Henry is a recent graduate of the University of Oregon where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Studies.
