Jazz Dock Orchestra plays Led Zeppelin Monday 19/10/2026 from 20:00 The Jazz Dock Orchestra will once again return to the music of the legendary British rock band Led Zeppelin. The idea originated with bassist Rastislav Uhrík and was taken up for arranging by the band’s artistic director, Andy Schofield. Although big bands have adapted rock music before—Gil Evans arranged pieces by Jimi Hendrix, and Thad Jones created brilliant versions of songs by Stevie Wonder and The O’Jays—according to our knowledge, this is the very first time Led Zeppelin’s music has been treated in this way. The complex rhythms and intricate riffs fit perfectly into the format of a jazz orchestra. Andy Schofield has prepared 11 brand-new arrangements that stay true to the spirit of the originals while firmly placing them in the world of the big band. The program will feature classics such as Whole Lotta Love, Black Dog, and Kashmir. For this special concert, the orchestra will be joined by guest musicians Rast’o Uhrík (bass), Vojtěch Procházka (keyboards), and Roman Vícha (drums). The Jazz Dock Orchestra is a
