Steve Washington

About

Warm-voiced vocalist and D.C. native Steve Washington is comfortable with the big band and vocal jazz standards, and equally adept in a large ensemble or small combo. Here he leads a quintet featuring Michael Thompson on piano, Wes Biles on upright bass, Leland Nakamura on drums, and Paul Carr (who now curates the series) on saxophone.
