We saw her in 2024 as the vocalist of Antonio Sánchez’s Bad Hombre project during our celebration of International Jazz Day on Passeig de Gràcia (this year she returned as a special guest with Quiet Colors), but we now have the opportunity to present her at the festival for the first time as a bandleader, with a brand-new project and several stellar guests (and, surely, a few more surprises). For this very special night at Jamboree, Thana Alexa will give us a preview of her upcoming album, in which she reimagines music ranging from the Beatles and Björk to Nina Simone and Stevie Wonder.
