In 1923, Kurt Schwitters began writing his sound poem “Die Ursonate”: a classic of the Dada movement, through which artists based in Zurich satirically challenged conventional art forms and gave political protest a new voice. As a global manifesto of pushing boundaries into uncharted artistic territory, “Die Ursonate” is more relevant than ever and will now be performed in a musical arrangement by Anke Lucks, featuring the Potsa Lotsa Wind Quintet and reciter Thomas Krüger.
