Since meeting in 2010, Michèle Pierre and Paul Colomb have played together continuously, their playful musical dialogue giving rise to Duo Brady. In La Vie d’après – a post-Covid repertoire conceived as a reverie about our possible futures – they blend melancholy with hope and celebration. Everything that made the duo so compelling – lyrical depth, virtuosic improvisation, and seamless interaction – is heightened by new influences: acoustic techno, progressive rock, and contemplative pop.
