Jazz in the Parks outdoor concert returns to The Parks at Historic Walter Reed, offering an evening of jazz and music programming for all ages. Gracie Jay arrived to the District from New Orleans a handful of years ago, but has since become a regular presence on D.C.’s jazz circuit. The vocalist performs standards with an easy, warm and unrushed tone.
