After spending six years in New York City and a six-month stint in Shanghai, China, he returned to the Twin Cities in 2006 and has since become a vital presence in the regional and national jazz community. Known for his expressive tone, adventurous improvisation, and deep musical sensitivity, Wozniak regularly performs with many of the Midwest’s most respected ensembles.
