CHUDAHYE CHAGIS is a psychedelic shamanic funk band, formed around sorikkun(Korean traditional vocalist) Chu Da-hye. A genre invented by the band, ‘Psychedelic Shamanic Funk’ is a mixture of shamanic music performed in Pyeong’an, Jeju and Hwanghae Provinces with different genres of music such as reggae, jazz, hip-hop, funk, dance and rock that shows their unique musical personality. Their blend of shamanic music and black music, which does not belong to pop, traditional nor indie, surprised the popular music scene, and in 2021, they were awarded Best R&B Soul Song
