THINGS OF THIS NATURE / WEBISTICS

About

There is great news this Black Friday: New York City’s Things of This Nature and Colorado’s Webistics are joining forces, bringing both bands together as one new large ensemble. Call it Webistics of This Nature, call it Things of This Webistics, Things of Webistics Nature… no matter. What matters is that circumstances have aligned just so to join the DownBeat Magazine-recognized, avant-garde, punk-jazz, Michael-Jordan-slam-dunking-tongue-wagging-through-the-air spirit of NYC’s popular “free jazz” act, Things of This Nature, with the compositional, expansive, and undeniably Colorado sound of Webistics. A rare opportunity to watch two distinct musical forces enter the ring and see what happens, this very special collaboration is not to be missed.
