Marek Patrman (drums) ; Sam Comerford (saxophone) ; Erik Vermeulen (piano) Marek Patrman is a central figure of the Brussels jazz scene and of our club. A Czech drummer as understated as he is indispensable, he stands alongside countless musicians who, from one generation to the next, keep placing their trust in him. It is only natural, then, that we invite him from time to time to try out new formats on our stage, with a taste for risk-taking as clear-cut as that of a tightrope walker without a net. For this edition, he invites another master of Belgian jazz with whom he has shared the stage for many years: pianist Erik Vermeulen. The trio is completed by Irish saxophonist Sam Comerford, who brings all the richness of his finely crafted sound and a creativity that is truly out of the ordinary.
