A D.C. native, saxophonist Courtney Nero has long been immersed in the local jazz and gospel scenes. Playing a mixture of covers and original compositions, he blend elements of straight-ahead jazz, smooth jazz, soul and pop. He leads a quartet every third Friday at Bourbon Boulevard in Chantilly.
