New Jazz Order Big Band

About

WEEKLY TUESDAYS: NEW JAZZ ORDER New Jazz Order is a weekly big band jam session held every Tuesday at Westport Flea Market. Musicians gather to read charts, improvise, and collaborate in a live, open rehearsal format. The session is open to players of all levels and focuses on experimentation, mentorship, and real-time music-making. General admission is $10, and participating musicians pay $5. Students get in free at the door with a valid student ID. Tickets can be purchased in advance using the button below or by clicking here. Online purchases include standard fees; cash at the door does not. Food and drinks will be available, and the band starts right at 6:30. If you’re planning to play, bring your horn and get ready to jump in. Help us shape a new weekly space for KC’s jazz community! https://www.kcjo.org/tickets https://www.kcjo.org/njo
