Capturing the essence of the '50s hard bop movement, these albums showed a band at the height of its powers, featuring alongside Davis the unique talents of John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. Our band tonight pay tribute to these artists and the hard bop spirit of the albums whilst allowing our personal stamp on the music.
