The Elliot Freedman Group brings the Portland-based master jazz guitarist John Stowell to guest on Elliot's richly melodious, harmonically moving compositions and on music from elsewheres of jazz—a treat for listening audiences, thinking musicians, guitarists of all stripes. Framing John Stowell sonorously will be pianist John Stetch's inventiveness, vibraphonist Nick Apivor's elegance, and Elliot's unique voicings on baritone guitar, all atop the rhythm section of bassist Dan Howard and drummer Paul Mason.
