Vladimir Kostadinović is one of the most remarkable drummers and composers on the contemporary European jazz scene, whose career has gained significant international momentum in recent years. His New York-recorded album IRIS features some of the genre's most influential musicians – Chris Potter, Ben Wendel, Geoffrey Keezer, Matt Brewer, Joe Locke and Alex Sipiagin – and received widespread critical acclaim for its virtuosity, emotional depth and compelling musical vision. The Budapest concert promises to be a truly special occasion, as several world-class artists join Kostadinović's ensemble. Joe Locke is widely regarded as one of the most influential vibraphonists in modern jazz, celebrated for his exceptional melodic imagination, stylistic versatility and boundless improvisational freedom.
