This special ensemble takes the audience on a journey through Latin jazz, moving between bossa nova and samba in a programme inspired by Jobim, the Buena Vista Social Club and original Latin compositions. Eszter Strausz has created wind and ensemble arrangements for numerous projects; in her own quartet, parts written for two wind instruments lend fresh colour to familiar jazz standards.
