Tara Nome Doyle Irish-Norwegian artist Tara Nome Doyle has released a masterpiece of chamber rock with her third album, “Ekko.” She also won the award for Best Soundtrack at this year’s Diagonale film festival for the film “Rose” by Markus Schleinzer, starring Sandra Hüller.
