Russia Neumann

About

Russia Neumann is a 20-year-old British artist, born and raised in London, whose rich Jamaican and German heritage and deep musical roots have shaped her distinctive voice and identity. Her smoky, soulful vocals draw on the spirit of jazz and soul, while her songwriting captures her own experiences of growing up, going out and navigating life in London in the 2020s. The daughter of a UK soul legend, granddaughter of a jazz trumpeter and niece of a renowned gospel singer, music has always been part of Russia’s world.
