Sabrosas Latin Orchestra is San Diego’s first and only all-female salsa band — and a 501(c)(3) organization now celebrating seven years of community, music and fun. Founded to unite female musicians around a shared love of salsa and Latin music, the band brings infectious energy to audiences throughout Southern California. Beyond the stage, Sabrosas partners with local schools through mentorship programs and collaborates with organizations including the San Diego Latino Film Festival and San Diego Pride. They have performed at Cafe Sevilla, the Belly Up and NAMM, among numerous community festivals. With original music in the works, Sabrosas continues to bring Latin music to audiences of all ages.
