Happy Hour Free Concert Series* featuring Phil Melancon Phil Melancon is a longtime New Orleans musician, songwriter, and entertainer whose career spans decades of performing, recording, and composing. He began as the resident songwriter for the legendary WWL children's television show Popeye and Pals and went on to become a fixture of the city's music scene, with celebrated residencies at the Columns Hotel and more than twenty years at the Bayou Bar in the Pontchartrain Hotel. Throughout his career, Melancon has produced numerous cabaret shows, recorded over a dozen albums, and composed music for film, earning a reputation as one of New Orleans' most versatile and enduring musical talents. Doors: 4pm Show: 4:30 - 6pm You can see these shows every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in person or by streaming on Snug Harbor Facebook page. This is a free performance with no ticketing. Seating is on a first come-first served basis. Restaurant is Open 5pm - 11pm for dinner after show
