Péter Pintér is a versatile Hungarian jazz pianist who graduated from the Jazz Department of the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer Kálmán Oláh, among others. His musical approach has been shaped by some of the most influential figures and educators of the Hungarian jazz scene, while his classical piano studies have also played a significant role in the development of his artistic voice. As a performer, he is deeply committed to the jazz tradition, with a repertoire centered around jazz standards, which he interprets with refined musicality, a rich improvisational vocabulary, and a distinctive personal style.
