Equally at home in jazz, funk, R&B, and contemporary styles, Budo has performed with a wide range of New Orleans artists and ensembles, earning a reputation as a dynamic accompanist and bandleader. His tasteful playing, musical sensitivity, and command of New Orleans rhythms have made him a sought-after presence on stages throughout Louisiana and beyond, where he continues to carry forward the city's rich drumming tradition. For this perfomance, Budo is joined by the legendary Thais Clark, the New Orleans-based vocalist known for her warm, expressive voice and captivating interpretations of jazz, blues, and classic American standards. Drawing inspiration from the rich musical traditions of her hometown, she brings elegance, soul, and emotional depth to every performance. A favorite on the local music scene, Clark has earned a reputation for her engaging stage presence and ability to connect with audiences through both timeless classics and contemporary selections, making each performance a memorable celebration of song. Doors: 4 pm Show: 5 - 6 pm Snug Harbor Jazz Bistro presents live weekly concerts. You can see these shows every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday in person or by streaming on the Snug Harbor Facebook page. This is a free performance with no ticketing. Seating is on a first come-first served basis. Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner after showtime
