It’s a kind of home-away-from-home for so many musicians, including her terrific musical pals this time, Chris Gale and Tania Gill. Studying and singing this music has helped Beverly write tunes also – she and Nathan Hiltz released a critically-acclaimed album of 10 of their jazz and blues originals. The longer the journey is, the deeper Beverly wants to go into the melodies, harmonies, and rhythms for the essence of a song’s story and intent.
