Hina Oikawa Short Songs: Voices of a Hundred Poets Hina Oikawa Short Songs returns to Queens with a performance featuring music from Hina Oikawa's debut album, *Short Songs* — a large ensemble jazz project that fuses improvised music with tanka, the traditional Japanese poetic form — alongside a new piece from the project's next chapter, *Voices of a Hundred Poets*, inspired by the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu, a classical anthology of one hundred waka poems.
