The Free Agents comprise some of Los Angeles finest freelance musicians who banded together to perform time-honored standards and eclectic music from contemporary jazz artists, as well as their own compositions and jazz renditions of classic rock and pop tunes. Band members have worked with many top-notch artists such as Manhattan Transfer, The Rippingtons, and Barry Manilow, and are well-versed in performing in a variety of musical settings, including movie and television, musical theatre, symphonic orchestras, and jazz ensembles. We believe that our band is a bit “unique” in that we include a wide variety of jazz stylings within our performance.
